Hi Magnus, Dave and Stevie,
This is shaping up to be a really interesting project. Looks well researched and relevant with alot of design potential. I have made a few notes on your draft working paper, just some basic things to remember (I know that you guys will refine it as you go along). Be wary of assumptions and keep referring back to the brief - remember to show the application of the theory clearly and discuss the user stage: enthusiast, professional or consumer. And use the Moggridge/Verplank model for designing your form/experiments. Am really looking forward to seeing the results from your actual bus experiments.
